The Greens - Longcreek Plantation

The Greens - Longcreek Plantation is a gated community in Blythewood located in  Longcreek Plantation directly across from the clubhouse at The Windermere Club Golf Course.  Many of the properties are patio homes that are 2000 SF in size and contain 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The 1st wave of homes were built around 2004 with several having a single shared wall.  This is a perfect neighborhood for anyone that wants to be in Blythewood and not have to deal with too much yard work.  There are some limitations on installing a fence for pets, but The Greens in Longcreek makes great use of its 10-acre development with 40 +/- home sites.  The topography has a slight roll and some of the homes overlook the driving range and golf course.  It’s a very private setting with a traditional “country club neighborhood” feel.  There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood and there is overflow parking for guests so that street parking is minimal.

  There are not many neighborhoods in Blythewood that offer patio homes of this quality, but similar neighborhoods would be Club Cottages, a few sections of Cobblestone Park, Willow Lake Commons, Weston Woods and outside of Blythewood in Peach Grove Villas (Elgin).
