In Brian's 1st year at Coldwell Banker Realty, he was elected as the president of the Agent Advisory Board to represent the 50+/- agents within the office. He and Melinda formed "The Hunt Team" and were awarded the, "2017 Best of Blue - International Sterling Society Team" for the entire region of the Coldwell Banker Realty - Carolinas. Brian graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Mass Communications with a strong balance in the field of Public Relations, Journalism, and Marketing. He went on to continue his education immediately upon graduation into the Real Estate field. He initially focused on lots, land, and acreage sales throughout the extended Midlands of Columbia and his business continues to grow. He has been involved in almost every aspect of real estate including; New Construction, Relocation, Lot and Acreage Sales, Luxury Properties, Land Development, Home Renovation, Waterfront, and Recreational Properties, Relocation including Military Relocation, Managing Owner Financing Packages, Brokering REO and Tax Sale properties, and represents both buyers and sellers.
Brian is known for being service-oriented, straightforward, polite, and easy to work with. Brian says, "I have to give a lot of credit to my family. My dad was a career real estate agent and developer, my mom retired as a career school teacher (Art Teacher) and interior decorator, and my wife also as a full-time real estate agent with a background in HR. I feel like I can use my experience as a real estate professional (exclusively for over 20 years) with creativity from my upbringing, and dedication that my wife has helped build as a family business to help my clients get on a fast track and position them to take on fewer risks. Real Estate for me and my family is definitely a lifestyle that we love and have committed ourselves to. At the end of the day, I'm here to assist anyone that needs my help and to treat everyone equally. It doesn't matter if it is a million-dollar home or a ten-thousand-dollar lot. The importance of that transaction usually remains constant...no matter how much money is involved."
