Elgin SC Neighborhoods

The Town of Elgin, an area of Columbia SC, is located Kershaw County in South Carolina was awarded the 2018 All-America City Award by the National Civic League. The county was recognized for its efforts in balancing its rural past and suburban future, as well as working towards equity in healthcare, education, and economic growth. The county is home to several towns, including Elgin, Lugoff, and Camden, which all offer a suburban feel with easy access to the amenities of nearby Columbia. In Elgin, there are several top real estate communities, including Woodcreek Farms, Greenhill Parrish, Catawba Hill, and Peach Grove Villas. As a side note, when exploring neighborhoods and homes for sale in Elgin.   Although the Town of Elgin is in Kershaw County, there are popular parts of "Elgin" that are located in Richland County, the same county as Columbia.  So the school zoning, court house, and government services will vary.
