The Cottages Subdivision is located in Elgin South Carolina off of Spears Creek Rd. This new non-gated community developed in 2022. The lot sizes in the community average ½ acre whereas the square footage of the homes vary around 3,000 square feet. The homes were built using brick and vinyl siding and they have garages and driveways big enough for two vehicles. This community does offer sidewalks and it is  close to parks, lakes, trails and beautiful nature-filled views. The cost of the homes is below average. This beautiful neighborhood is also located in the Richland two School District. So nearby your new home you would have Catawba Trail Elementary, Summit Parkway Middle and Spring Valley High School.
