Peggy Metze

Margaret “Peggy” Metze is passionate about helping others build a portfolio of investments.  She is excited to work with first-time home-buyers, investors, empty nesters, or individuals and families navigating through job/military relocation.  She is also passionate about design projects and consulting on short-term rental opportunities.  Prior to relocating to Columbia, SC in 1998, Peggy lived overseas as a military spouse and continues to enjoy traveling whenever possible, as well as exploring South Carolina’s rich history and landscapes.  Many adventures are shared with her miniature Australian Shepherd, Xander.  

Peggy is a successful Airbnb Entrepreneur, managing properties in the Shandon and Forest Acres neighborhoods.  Her previous experience includes 15 years at Prisma Health (formerly Palmetto Health) in the Information Technology Department and serving the community as a volunteer with the PH Foundation.
