The low-maintenance homes create an inviting space for anyone that doesn't want to have a large yard and exterior maintenance. The only drawback to homes on smaller lots is that the sidewalks in the neighborhood reduce the amount of space to park in the driveway because the sidewalks encroach into the parking area. Although, some homes have 3-car wide driveways (some with additional garage parking) so that parking on the street is minimal. The neighborhood community pool and clubhouse are shared with Wren Creek and is located at the roundabout in the back of the neighborhood.
