Lake Carolina Homes for Sale

The Lake Carolina Neighborhood is located in the Columbia Northeast just off of Hardscrabble Road. It is easily accessible via Clemson Road, which runs from I-20 (at Exit 80) to I-77 at the Killian Road Exit.

The Lake Carolina subdivision is composed of about 20 different neighborhoods in the entire master plan with home prices that vary depending on the individual neighborhood you choose. Many buyers choose this location in their Columbia home search because of the convenience to the City of Columbia, the many new home construction projects, and the 200-acre lake that is centrally located within Lake Carolina community.

The City of Columbia is only about 15-30 minutes away(depending on traffic) and is ideal for military personnel PCSing to Columbia SC.  There are plenty of grocery stores, shopping centers, and almost anything you need in this area.
