  Wildewood Columbia South Carolina is an established neighborhood located in the Columbia North-East region of downtown Columbia SC.  Locals refer to this area as “The Northeast” because of the vast amount of residential neighborhoods that surround Columbia.  This neighborhood is easily accessible from I-20 off of Clemson Road or Alpine Road and is in the center of the Columbia Northeast area.

  Homes for sale in Wildewood vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.  All of them tend to be quality built executive homes that are interwoven into the Wildewood Country Club golf community.  Over the years Wildewood has expanded by adding several new home communities (with newly built homes) on vacant land around the main neighborhood.  Most of these newer phases have maintained the quality and appeal of the homes in the established section of Wildewood.  There are several lakes, ponds and water features that you can find on the location map tab directly above this text.
