Whitehall Neighborhood

Whitehall(and Whitehall Extension) is one of the many Irmo South Carolina’s Beautiful Neighborhoods. Whitehall began being developed in the 1960s and is located between Piney Grove Rd, St Andrews Rd, and Jamil Rd. It’s in the St Andrews area and near the Seven Oaks Shopping Center. The lot sizes you’ll find vary from ½ acre to 1 acre with the square footage of homes between 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. Homes for sale in Whitehall were built with brick and are a mixture of traditional ranch style, a few cape cod style homes, and also a handful of contemporary homes. Most of the homes in Whitehall are average-priced homes for the Columbia SC market and will have garages and longer driveways with enough space for several cars. The Whitehall neighborhood also features Seven Oaks Park, Kinley Creek, and other shops and restaurants nearby. This neighborhood is located in the Lexington/Richland Five School District, so you have nearby Leaphart Elementary, Irmo Middle, and Irmo High School.
