Longcreek Plantation | The Gates of Windermere Blythewood SC

The Gates at Windermere subdivision is located in Blythewood, South Carolina at the intersection of Longtown Rd. West and Longtown Rd. East. It is at the entrance of Longcreek Plantation and you will enter this neighborhood by coming from Clemson road and heading north from the Lowe's Home Improvement Store onto Longtown Road.  It'ss important to know that there is a "Longtown Road". "Longtown Rd., West" and a "Longtown Rd., East". The Gates of Windermere is at the intersection of these three streets.

   This Blythewood neighborhood was developed and 2014 and homebuilding began in 2014. In December of 2014, it hosted the "2014 Parade of Homes", which is an event that showcases design elements, architecture, and building products.  Homes for sale in The Gates of Windermere are traditional and craftsman-style homes.  You'll find several floorplans that offer a 1-level home.  There is an HOA and there are sidewalks in the neighborhood.
