Portrait Hill is a new construction neighborhood (2022) in Chapin, South Carolina located off of Broad River Rd. Established in 2016 with homes currently being built today (year 2022). The lot sizes are ⅓  acres or less with a square footage of homes around 1500 - 5000 square feet and home prices are below average cost for Columbia, SC. Home designs are a mix of brick and vinyl with attached garages and large driveways.  Portrait Hill is an HOA community with a community pool, a playground, and neighborhood sidewalks. Nearby you have McDoogal’s Park, Woodsmoke Family Campground, shops, and restaurants. Portrait Hill is in Lexington/Richland Five School District which is zoned for Lake Murray Elementary, Chapin Middle, Chapin High, and also Spring Hill High School.
