Longcreek Plantation | Longcove Blythewood

Long Cove is a new home community located off of Longtown Road East in the Longcreek Plantation area of Blythewood, SC.  The neighborhood is conveniently located within walking distance to Blythewood Middle School. The Long Cove subdivision will consist of approximately 150 lots and the home sizes have a square footage range of 2,000 to 5000 SF.  The ¼ Acre lot sizes are significantly smaller than most of the properties found in Longcreek Plantation. There are sidewalks in the neighboorhood but no community pool or clubhouse. However, there are two country clubs with golf, swimming and other amenities in the Longcreek Plantation community. 

 This new home development (2019) borders Coatbridge, Sterling Ponds, Windermere neighborhoods and is across the street from Longcreek -Fox Meadow subdivision.  These bordering subdivisions have similar style homes to Long Cove and conform with the other neighborhood covenants, but since this is a new home development, there are a few additional zoning regulations and standards. A similar neighborhood is on the opposite border of Rice Creek is the Westlake Woods Subdivision. All of these Longcreek Plantation neighborhoods are currently zoned for Richland County school district Two.
