Lincrest Blythewood

A new phase of Eagles Glen(See link for more details) was developed around 2007 and took on the name of “Lincrest”. Blythewood's Lincrest Neighborhood is approximately 60 acres of developed land. Both Eagles Glen and Lincrest neighborhoods are zoned for the Richland County School District Two. Longcreek Plantation is an alternative neighborhood for homes for sale in Blythewood that are similar to Eagles Glen and Lincrest.
