Langford Meadows Subdivision

Langford Meadows is a relatively small subdivision located off of Langford Road in Blythewood SC.  Currently, there are less than 20 homesites (off Soft Stone Drive - the main street running through Langford Meadows) with adjoining land at the end of the street that opens up the possibility of future development.  Soft Stone Drive is flanked by two 5-lot neighborhoods (Sand Creek Court and Rollingwood Hills Court)  that are designed to mimic each other and conform to the same standards as Langford Meadows.

The homes in Langford Meadows vary in size and style and many are custom-built homes that are over 3000 SF in size.  This 50-acre subdivision has home sites that are about 2-acres in size and this is a low-density subdivision with little to no traffic. This was a traditional style of home for Blythewood at the time of development.  There is no community pool or clubhouse in the neighborhood but there are a few properties that offer water frontage on a small lake.  If you like Langford Meadows, you may want to consider looking at Birch Springs, Ashley Oaks, Lake Ashley and Longcreek Plantation.
