Longcreek Plantation | Heritage Forest Blythewood

Heritage Forest is an all brick neighborhood tucked away in Longcreek Plantation off of Longtown Road West in Blythewood, SC. There are over 150 homes in this Blythewood Subdivision and the square foot range runs from about 3,000 to 5,000. Like much of Longcreek Plantation, Heritage Forest is surrounded by amenities such as a lake, ponds, park, tennis courts, several golf courses, and two country clubs. The entrance and park areas are maintained by the HOA. The Heritage Forest Neighborhood is not too far from I-77 and is an easy commute to Fort Jackson, Hospitals, and about 20 minutes to downtown Columbia SC. Heritage Forest Subdivision is zoned for Richland County School District Two. There are other neighborhoods in Longcreek Plantation that are similar to Heritage Forest.
