Camarie Farms (AKA Dennis Lane)

Camarie Farms (AKA Dennis Lane) is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Blythewood. It is located off of Syrup Mill Road next to One Wood Farm and across from Cobblestone Park Subdivision. With only a dozen properties, this 85-Acre “subdivision”, it is a somewhat exclusive neighborhood. Lot sizes are well over 2 acres in size. These are mini-farms with custom-built homes that date back to the 1970s and 1980s. This neighborhood has a great design and concept of simplicity. The neighborhood consists of only one road that is looped off of Syrup Mill Road. There is a small neighborhood park but no community pool or clubhouse. There aren’t many Blythewood neighborhoods that are similar to Camarie farms.. but Birch Springs and Lake Ashley are comparable.
