Blythecreek Blythewood

Blythecreek is a neighborhood located in Blythewood, South Carolina just off of Boney Road.  It is a few minutes from The Town of Blythewood.  This neighborhood is zoned for Blythewood school district, which is Award Winning Richland County School District Two.  The neighborhood is located within about a mile of Bethel Hanberry elementary school and Blythewood Baseball Park.  This is a great location because you are a few miles from Interstate 77, about 15 miles to Fort Jackson, and about 10 minutes to shopping(a Walmart). It is also biking or walking distance to the town of Blythewood and the new Doko Farms Park.

There are several different builders and this neighborhood and homes are priced below the median price range for this area(as of January 2015).  Many of the homes are vinyl sided homes with one or two car garages. The square footage for these homes begin around 1400 ft.² and go up to about 3000 ft.².
