Baymont Blythewood

Baymont is a neighborhood located in Blythewood in the Columbia Northeast area of Columbia SC.  The Baymont Neighborhood was developed in 2020 and homes in the neighborhood's average range of homes are anywhere from 2500 to 3000 SF in size.  However, there are some larger and smaller homes in the neighborhood. Many of the homes for sale in Baymont have finishes that feature  9-foot ceilings, an office, formal dining rooms, granite countertops, and all of the features that you would expect for a home of this age.  The home prices in the Baymont Subdivision tend to fall in line with the average for the area.
