Arcadia Lakes Neighborhood

Between Two Notch Rd, Arcadia Lakes Dr, and Trenholm Rd sits Arcadia Lakes, a well-established community. The houses in this area are mostly from the mid-twentieth century, with a handful from the late 1930s. Home sizes range from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet, with lots averaging ½  acre. The homes are constructed of brick and vinyl, with garages in the newer homes and carports in the older ones. This area, with its gorgeous trees and ponds, is the ideal spot to call home. This neighborhood is next to Forest Acres and zoned for Satchel Ford Elementary, Crayton Middle, and A.C. Flora High School are all nearby in the Richland One School District.
