Abney Hills Estates Blythewood

Abney Hills Estates is a New Subdivision(2013) in Blythewood SC off of Fulmer Road.  It is located across the street from Ashley Oaks Neighborhood and was initially developed by the same developer.  New home construction is ongoing (as of March 2014) and the majority of the homes that are being built seem to be all brick and modern features.  More information will be coming in the future as this subdivision continues to be built out.
