Fairfax subdivision is located 2.5 miles North off of US HWY 1 from Camden's main intersection of Dekalb and Broad Street. The Fairfax Neighborhood consists of approximately 144 units and mostly brick homes that were constructed in the 1970's. Most of the homes are similar in size of approximately 1200-1300 SF. The Kershaw County, South Carolina records show the entire subdivision layout on ‘Map No. 272-13'. The lot sizes are somewhere around 10000+/- SF in size depending on the location. This community is mostly self-contained with several cul-de-sac's and roads that loop around the 43 acre+/- subdivision.
