We now focus heavily on land sales but will always remain on top of the housing market in the Columbia, Blythewood, Winnsboro & Camden areas of South Carolina. Our property listings have ranged from Richland, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Sumter Counties and Aiken Counties and we feel we are well-rounded and versatile for any transaction. As a member of the MLS we can help you with buying, selling, and investing in land and other real estate. We represent both buyers and sellers.

Our purpose is to provide customers and clients with friendly honest and personal service. Our specialists have had hours of licensing and training to assure that our customers, clients and the general public will be protected.
