Waterfront Property for sale is in high demand in the summer months in Columbia SC.  Columbia's new "Famously Hot" PR campaign has come to truth along with the blistering heat and the high humidity.  There is no doubt that most homebuyers and land developers are attracted to lakes, ponds, and riverfront real estate.
