The Stadium Village Lofts
Stadium Village Lofts
The Stadium Village lofts may very well be the ultimate tailgating facility for University of South Carolina football fans. Although there are several USC tailgating condominium complexes surrounding Williams Brice Stadium, The Stadium Village Lofts trumps all of them with charm and unique architecture with design and character that is unmatched. Many are familiar with the legendary Gamecock Cockabooses that line the perimeter of the stadium parking lot, but within a few feet of the Cock-a-boose tailgating rail cars is the Stadium Village Lofts development. The biggest advantage of owning one of “The Lofts" is that they are habitable all year long and you can literally punt a football to the gates at Williams Brice Stadium from the property. If you are looking for “location, location, location” then I’d suggest you take an opportunity to see what they offer at the “Lofts”.
But what sets the “The Stadium Village Lofts” apart from the competition is not only the ideal location…but also the architecture. Each unit is geared toward accommodating large crowds during football season and comfortable living quarters during the rest of the year. Each unit also has an observation deck (hence the term “Lofts”) on top of the building. It’s more or less a roof-top patio with a clear view of the South Carolina Gamecocks Stadium. And what makes this even nicer, is that you can hear the cheering crowd in the stands during the game. Inside each unit you will notice tall cathedral ceilings with exposed duct-work, conduit, and rafters. This creates an industrial yet contemporary atmosphere that sets The Stadium Village Lofts in an entirely different league of style. All of the units are accessible from the ground elevation through the gated parking lot. This reinforces safety and an exclusive setting. The assigned parking spaces insure that you will be able to park without the frustration of combing through a parking lot for an empty space.
There are 2 main buildings that have been described to me as ‘Building 1’, which is located at 1049 Key Road, and ‘Building 2’, which is located at 1051 Key Road. ‘Building 1’ is the series of condos that is closest to Williams Brice Stadium, and ‘Building 2’ is flanked by “The Coop” and “The Spur”.
