Holly Ridge Subdivision is a small community in Northeast Columbia South Carolina off of Longtown Rd onto Holly Ridge Ln. Holly Ridge began development in the early 1990s with traditional style brick homes with lot sizes that average less than ½ of an acre in size and homes that average approximately 2,000-2500 square feet in size. Most of the homes for sale in Holly Ridge garages and driveways with enough space for 2 or more vehicles. The Holly Ridge neighborhood is a beautiful community with sidewalks and a small park.  There are minimal HOA fees and the cost of the homes is among the average sales price for Columbia, South Carolina.

This community is located in the Richland Two School District and located nearby are Sandlapper Elementary School, Blythewood Middle School, and Westwood High School! Holly Ridge is also located close to Clemson Rd which has a variety of shops and many different kinds of restaurants to choose from.
