Forest Acres

Forest Acres, located between Forest Drive, N Beltline Blvd, and Covenant Rd, and Trenholm Road in Downtown Columbia and is one of the many lovely neighborhood communities that Columbia has to offer. Because this community is not gated, you are welcome to drive through it to get a feel for it. This neighborhood's homes were first built in the 1950s, and new luxury homes are still being built today. The lot sizes for these residences average from 1/2  to 1 acre, with square footage ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. The majority of the homes are built with brick and wood siding, but you'll also find a handful with cement fiberboard or vinyl and sometimes with a mixture.  You’ll find the driveways are offer garages and some of the older homes have carports. The cost of the homes in Forest Acres will range from the average price in Columbia and since this is such a desired area, homes prices have exceeded above average.  Depending on what you are looking for, this lovely Neighborhood could be the location of your new home. This Firest Acres neighborhood is surrounded by many stores, as well as a variety of fast-food restaurants. Quinine Hill Park, which is well-kept and offers a lovely afternoon walk or even a morning dog walk, is also close by.

Satchel Ford Elementary, Crayton Middle School, and A.C. Flora High School are nearby as this neighborhood is located in the Richland One School District.
