I know at some point you probably thought about how the real estate market was doing in Columbia. Here is a graph that we put together to show the average list price (Dark Blue) vs. the average sales price (Light Blue). If you look at the table below the graph, it will show you that there has been an increase in the average sale price and the sellers are getting closer to their asking price.
