Carolina Walk Building Layout

Carolina Walk Condo Building

Are you looking to buy a unit at Carolina Walk and not sure of it's location?  Hunt and Associates has created this diagram of Carolina Walk so that you can be sure of any condo unit location.  Here is how it Carolina Walk is laid out.

There are 2 towers and a parking garage that make up the building.  You have the North Tower, which is closest to Williams Brice Stadium, and the South Tower, which is on the opposite end or the stadium.  So if you are looking for a unit closest to Williams Brice Stadium, then you will want to be in the North Tower and the unit number will have a "N" before the 3 digit number.

The next digit is the floor level.  Lets say you want to have a birds eye view of the practice field or farmers market and you prefer to be up higher in the building.  For the sake of this blog, you are choosing the 5th floor level.  So you would want the 2nd digit of the unit number to be "5"

The last 2 digits are the illustrated as the actual condo number.  The odd numbered condos face the Farmers Market and practice field.  The even numbered units face The University House and The City of Columbia.

In the illustration attached to this post you will notice that we are identifying a unit that is closest to the stadium(North), on the 5th floor, and facing the Farmers Market(odd). So you would be looking at a unit like N513.
