Centrally located Forest Acres is an established neighborhood confined in the City of Forest Acres. Forest Acres situated between Forest Drive, Beltline Blvd, Trenholm Road, and Decker Blvd. in downtown Columbia SC. It’s stability and popularity is reinforced by having of homes for sale near Fort Jackson’s main gate, The VA Hospital, and The University of South Carolina.

Nightlife, Restaurants, Hospitals, The State House, Riverbanks Zoo, and The Columbia Museum of Art are located in The Vista and Downtown Columbia districts, which is also quickly accessible.
