Coatbridge Neighborhood in Blythewood SC

Coatbridge is one of the newest communities in Blythewood, SC.  The new home community currently has homes being built by Ryan Homes and Fortress Builders.  Both builders have an excellent reputation and build quality and affordable homes.

  Currently, Fortress Builders has three different home models around $250,000.  The first phase of the neighborhood consists of about 30 lots and was opened in 2017.  The adjoining property appears to be part of the subdivision and another phase of Coatbridge and there is discussion of  a community pool, walking trails and a fishing pond.   

  The Coatbridge Subdivision is currently zoned for the award winning Richland 2 school district.  The newly constructed homes are within walking distance to Round Top Elementary (the 2017 Palmetto’s Finest award recipient) and Blythewood Middle School.
